Mouseproblem

Have a logitech optical mouse on a XPsystem and using USB to connect it. Weird thing is that since i reinstalled my system after changing cpu and motherboard i cant change the mousesensitivity at all in daoc's settings, nomatter what i set it to it stays on HIGH for some reason.

Any ideas? Checked with DXDiag and mouseware but cant see anything odd.
