mouse speed please ???? & noaim 0 or 1

is it me or have all the servers got diff.
mouse speeds
how can i fix this
what is the max mouse speed
cl_blah blah 20000
and then i can reduce it when i need to
also are the setting below shit
as it's my config
alias axe "impulse 1;noaim 0"
alias sg "impulse 2;noaim 1"
alias ssg "impulse 3;noaim 0"
alias ng "impulse 4;noaim 0"
alias sng "impulse 5;noaim 0"
alias gl "impulse 6;noaim 1"
alias rl "impulse 7;noaim 1"
alias lg "impulse 8;noaim 0"

mouse speed commands r:
sensitivity
m_yaw
m_pitch
there is no upper/lower limit on these commands

afaik the 'noaim' command became obsolete in qw versions 2.3 onwards
