Mounts

As a level 20 Empire character, where would I go to get a mount? I've tried asking in game, checking the manual and looking on line but I haven't found a location.

Altdorf, south of map into the war area( i forget its actual name)

mount vendor with the mounts on display is on the left of this area

if you get to the guild registrar then go north a touch

There is a mount seller in the chaos city loc
