easier with druid, since focus pulling is common these days, and warden pbt just slows down the focus pulling process, whilst druid buffs are more helpful..

Seriously..

Dont go mana chanter (way too many around)

Druids are needed, but never seam to have trouble finding one at low levels to level up, sometimes have two in a group, guess there like busses) I hear what people are saying that there is a lack of good druids for RvR, maybe better to make a nurture (or is it nature) one, so you can solo a little too (but respec at 40)

IMHO hib is lacking wardens for the level grind, rarely see one around - also tanks can be pretty rare, a good hero or champ is always the last spot to be filled in a group - purely because there arent many seeking

(my experience from L1-20 in the last week)

But as many people say - forget the realm, play what you will be happy with also play the spec you want

Erm.. nature is rvr spec?
What a group needs is regrowth/nurture.. nature spec is actually kinda useless.. both rvr and pve

and which other forms of backupCC does hibernia exactly have that is useful but for the druids roots when enemytanks purge the mez bards cast? Casters stun is one, but I talk AoE here.

animist AE root > druid imo :p plus they have more useful other stuff than a nature druid, given that with a nature druid or an animist you'll still need a regrowth/nuture druid too

40r/36na Druids work great together with 40r/35nu Druids, just as the only druid in the group they aint so good since they cant buff.

Eldritch AE mez maybe? I'm guessing it uses a different resist so should be castable on them?

nope once mezz wears off they have immunity to all mezz types. if however you cast the eld one, then cast bard one before the eld one wears out you get the full effect of the bard one too because of diff types.. thus increasing overall mezz time. of course the fact best eld mez is 31 seconds which on a tank with deter and buffs == approx 5-6 seconds.. it's a rather minimal gain :p

oke, I dunno, havent seen many animists out there with the hibbiegroups tbh. What I do know is that a druid can heal even if he specc fairly high nature, he have access to GP, he can cast baselinebuffs, he can also MoC and chain SH's and dont he even get an instaAoEroot ontop on that aswell? Now i dont say i am in favour of the "battledruids", i just say that its a viable specc imo if you have a somewhat preset RVRgrp with a regular regr-druid already, thats all. BackupCC is quite important these days :)

Well, for a short time we had guild grp often running with nature druid + regrowth/nurture (although neither seem to be rvr'ing atm now :( ). Worked v. well...purge on tap, and throws tank heavy grps into a complete spin. Can't see why the spec so frowned upon, more peeps dont try it, etc...

Mael, 50th ment.

What class is the most neediest one if not healer then?
I play some on hib/pry and got a lvl 18 shield/blade hero, should I keep on lvling him?
Or make another char that you need more, that arnt healer?

Was going to say NS for max fun, but ic you got one already :)
I woulnd recomend on making a manachanter as it gets pretty boring realy fast.
A warden however is always apriciated and realy needed imo.

Battledruids are teh evul!! Well in the Battlegrounds at least. And in high level RvR it is indeed annoying to see those vines creeping up yer legs after you purged the bard mezz. ;)

They are pretty good even on 50 <remember how he soloed lvl 47 sb and 50 thane on same time>

But these days takes ages to find soloers or there just fg's :( So dont really suggest nature druid, soloing on RvR is gone.

Nature Druids rock! With me level 34 I killed a purple SB when XPing in DF.

Sure he attacked someone else.
Sure the Enchanter attacked back.
Sure the other guys XPing attacked too.

But I got a kill message. My first.
A year and a half later :D

Yes I'm boasting but I was gray damnit!
