Dinna like, MK had things SF didnt but SF had things MK didnt tough call tbfh! especially when Super Street Fighter appeared (one with cammy/deejay etc) overall i'd say street fighter has come out on top (why?) because the recent Street Fighter games have dominated the recent MK games, no one can deny that

isnt this MK the only "new" unlike SSF which is a few years old, so still new, but not new new. i think MK looks awesome but dont own console and hate playing these kinda games on PC.

Had this for ages but only recently had the opportunity to pick it up and play it.

Game itself is standard MK but I thought the story mode was quite interesting, the way it tied together all the disparate back stories by looping the universe.

I just zzz'ed through the story myself. It's all tripe. The game is quite good though. Even learning how to cheese the bosses was fun. Multiplayer is excellent.

Shao Kahn as Raiden is fucking annoying, I hate playing as the thunder god.

However, the things being killed when they unlocked codes with the points you get made me wonder just how twisted Mortal Kombat would get if there were no restrictions.
