Seems a bit crowded. All those double lines running everywhere.

My suggestions:

As pointed out before, the double lines create havoc and a rather messy look. Try single borders.
Change the colours. Choose a lighter grey for your backgrounds.
Use a table that covers 100%. They look much better than tables crammed to the side.

yeah....either 100% or centre it. Just wondering why you're using flash for the menus too?

Edit: also, that clan mascot needs to be on the front page.

My two pennies worth

A brief critique

The overall layout of the site is quite effective, although as Ivan pointed out at times it can seem quite crowded, especially with those double borders. Perhaps you should consider reducing the font size a little and using CSS properties like line-height to create the illusion of more space in your existing layout, in addition to altering the table style itself. Also remember that serif fonts are great for printed media, but when it comes to visual displays like your computer, sans-serif fonts have been found to reduce eye strain when people are reading lengthy pieces of text (like your news etc).

The colour scheme, for me, may need a little more tweaking. Monochrome sites like this can look amazing when done correctly, but it is an acquired talent. Personally, I feel the use of ~5 colours, and relatively dark sahdes at that, perhaps ought to be revised. Introducing lighter grayscale shades of grey creates a more visually appealing design. Contrast between the background and the text, although not a problem now, perhaps should be improved, as new links tend to merge into the background when you're very quickly scanning though.

As has also been pointed out, the use of Flash for your menus seems somewhat overkill. That font looks like Comic Sans MS, right? If so, you'll find that this is preinstalled on 95% of the worlds computers as it has always been included with Windows for years now. Hence, you can call that font directly without having to rely on Flash.

The navigation itself seems good enough, although for new people, alphabetically sorting the menu items will help them locate the content they're after even quicker. The idea of separating the clan from the general community content is good, though.

As seems apparent, you've designed the site for use with 800x600 resolutions only, which is growing increasingly common now XP has ditched has effectively ditched 640x480. That's fair enough, but when you're using such non-percentage widths, many people prefer the site to be center aligned horizontally. Even if you wish to adhere to the very latest standards like XHTML 1.1, this can still be easily achieved, so just shout if you need help. If you don't like the idea, then, as Ivan suggested, you may consider using percentile width to spread the site across the page more and which will allow you to accomodate a wider vareity of screen resolutions. On a side note, the fact that you can resize your site's text is of great use for those with disabilities or with very high screen resolutions.

Looking at the source itself, I'm happy to see it's far neater than most people's, although personally I'd ditch that NS4 script, as very very few people now use what has been condemned an archaic browser (it now occupies less than a 1% market share).

Putting this into context ... - Sorry for going to work on your site. IT IS GOOD, far far better than many I've seen. And of course, the suggestions I and others make are a mixture of good designing practice and sheer self-preference, so of course, it's entirely up to you what, if anything you implement. It is good, so please don't be downhearted by anybody's criticism. Keep up the good work :)
