The way I understand it to work is 1 house per account.

Whether its a personal house or a guild house doesnt make a difference.

once u make a house a guild house it no longer is yours.. therefore you can have a personal house ...

Yes I got a house with Naewae, made it into a guildhouse (for the guild not for me) and then bought a private house for myself, again with Naewae.

For those that wonder about the benefits of two, I find them quite useful (I bought yet another house with my second account).

I know you can move merchants around easily but I find it easier to have all metal/wood crafting in one house and bind/portal/alch/sc in my first house.

Having 2 CMs is a huge bonus as with alchemy there are 100s of potion types available to sell. Wish they'd make them bloody stack!! Would save me hours and I'd sell cheaper.
