From c:\windows\services. , these ports are:

135 - no idea
139 - nbsession - Netbios session, used by windows to transfer files.
443 - no idea
1028 - no idea
1034 - no idea
1745 - no idea
2033 - no idea
2301 - no idea
9080 - no idea
9443 - no idea...

There we go, I got one of them...

443(tcp) is https; I've a feeling 135 might also be netbios-related, but I can't remember. You could dig out the latest assigned-numbers RFC.

However, I suspect the rest aren't well-known services but rather ports open at someone else's request (by socks or similar) or outgoing connects. AFAIK, whilst many numbers >=1024 have been assigned, very few are used for well-known services because they're not tied to the root account in unix -- any shell user could control (and abuse) the service, whereas only root may open a port <1024.
