There are alot more people play on prydwen but i have yet to see if in hiberian still around 350 peole on at peak times :(

Where are all these people playing?

I have heard that on 50th albion deleted his chara and move to midgard? Why?

Also i believe that albion has the most players but still midgard have a large % of the high lvls

I post a tread before and they daoc came back and said once the lvls where equal it would be alot fair?

Also by this time alot of the the higher lvl middies would have left, but they have sold there account to other people so we have not lost any high lvl midies as yet :(

i Have heard that ther are over 70 50th lvl middies we have about 15 ish atm so the lvl gap has close but hte are still too many high lvl middies around to be any fun :(

He didn't want to play on the winning realm, and thus moved to Mid.

Then again, we had another lvl 50 Alb who moved to Hib. :)

If he didn't want to play on the winning team why did he move from Albion? :D

I just find it extremely lame to delete a high-level char and move to Midgard. Imho these people are sour losers :)

maybe they do what the hell they want as they are the one who pays for their account?

And no I'm not flaming you SFX :), just that its up to an individual and is no concern of ours.

Heh, I agree with Xtro that, this being a game, peeps will do what they like.

However, what WAS lame was him not taking 10 mins to pass on items/cash before he quit then posting a lotta crap reasoning as to why (ie, I don't wanna play on the winning realm ) . Anyhow, whats done is done :)

Move along peeps, move along.

Regards,

Pyro

It's only 'smart' to join the winning team if you have something to gain by it, in a game all you're doing is removing the challenge because you can't deal with it, fair enough, not everyone enjoys a challenge I guess. Btw, doesn't apply to the people who built Midgard into what it is, kickass job there, just to the people jumping on the bandwagon :puke:

Last thing, of course it's none of our concern, not trying to change it, just comment on it, what else do you do on a forum :p

What I don't get in this discussion is that this level 50 alb who moved to mid "didn't want to play on the winning realm". Hmm, at the moment the winning realm is Midgard (though it might change in the future), and since he didn't want to play on the winning realm, why did he move there? Very, very VERY, strange reasoning here, unless it is a typo, and he didn't want to play on the LOOSING realm.

Btw has anyone noticed that there are absoloutly ZERO copys of DAOC in most games stores in the UK? No wonder this game has a fairly small following compared to France and Germany... I remember having to ask for it over the counter because they only had 3 copys on the release day...

If only he would've said that instead of comming up with some sort of righteous reason about not wanting to play on the winning realm and stuff.
And then deleting your character without even having the decency of logging in and giving a guildie the items that were given to him on various guild raids.

But like Pyro said: what's done is done. Move along. :)

Actually, Piffany is quite a big loss to the realm, he was well known and well liked, until he got bored and moved on.

Because thats what I think really happened. There is no reason to just flame and denounce him. I wish him good fun there.

Population of Birmingham+small surrounding towns : 1million+
Copies of DAoC on game shelves : 0

I have seen a total of 5 copies since the release, 4 of them were there on release day.

seems like GOA/Wanadoo just dont want english people to play

No-one goes to GAME then?

I picked up my copy of DAOC in GAME.

I have heard that u might have to get yours from under the counter tho ;)

Its weird how it wasnt promoted much here tho. I wouldn't have heard of the game if it wasnt for my clanmate gangsterno1
