Well after realsing i had some dodgy setting in the bios (i "accidently o/c it ) about 45 idle - 49-50 in games, etc.

Before i was hitting 60 rolleyes: )

P4 2ghz is the equivilent in performance of the athlon 1.4ghz for 4 times the athlons price, unless you want to make a video toaster in which case p4 excells at.

Doubtful. P4 will be getting into its stride by then, and when it gets going I dont honestly think anything AMD do will be able to touch it. Still at least Athlons will be cheap
