Thanks for the reply to my prev thread, but need some diff advice now.. Still going to be starting here but with 2 friends so we need a team of chars that will level well together. I will still be running 1 char + bot, friends 1 char each.. Problem is none of us wants to play a healer, or a tank

sooo what classes work well together and should be able to level well without healing during fights (Bot should be able to heal afterwards), ta

These setups would probably work for you:


Setup 1

• Three Suppression-specced Spiritmasters, one of them will do the pulling with a psv pet, the other two will unleash hell on the poor mobs who decide to attack !

Setup 2

• Two Thanes (casters, not tanks ) who will be doing the pulling with Mjollnirs Hammer (ae-dd, recastable), thanes will be guarding eachother, to minimize dmg taken, thanes spec high in stormcalling and shield, leftovers in weapon of choice, since the majority of your dmg will be done with magic, specc taunt fairly fast, so you can get aggro if needed.

• One Suppression-specced Spiritmaster, who will unleash hell on the poor mobs who reach the box alive !

Setup 3

• Three Suppression-specced Bonedancers, just lifetap away ... very zZz leveling but extremely fun in PvP, at least in the bg's

Setup 1 works best with a healer who can use ae-stun and put power regen on the SM's.
Setup 2 will benefit most from a shaman, since they'll get higher dex then and can guard eachother more efficiently.
Setup 3 the only thing you ever need to worry about here, unless you try to take on the dragon 1v1, is power. So a pac-healer + mcl asap, and some pots.

The downtime in all of the setups will be caused by low Power/Mana, so you'd better have some powerpots in your backpack .

Joke of the day.. thats just soo ZZzzZ /delete Y E S.

Anyway, as had been sugested SUP SM's works very well when lvling, but you realy need some suport chars if you wanna go that way. You need a aug shaman and a pac healer to make that work well. You will pbaoe waaay to slow at higher lvls to make it work well if you dont have any buffs at all.
If one of you have fop you are realy talking about some fast lvling. Just make sure you dont pull the mobs into the fop field.. or ur not gonna get much xp under lvl 40 atleast.

You can go the thane way.. but we are talking about thanes.. ewww

If you have no lvl 50 suport chars for fop\pox\stun\end. I would sugest going with a warrior + zerker\savage + shamy combo. That way you have little down-time if the warrior tanks and the zerk\savage use posistion styles for max dmg. And ofc the shamy buffs\heals.

About the BD's and Thanes.. thats just my opinion.. if you think you guys will enjoy playing BD's aka the onebutton char, go for it. But againt the power will be a major issue. Not even pox\pots can save you from that problem. Will go faster with a melee duo + a shamy.
