More account problems

Ealier this evening, my account was terminated as I asked GOA to change my switch card expiry date. Their method was to close my account and then to get me to enter all my details again.

Fine - except that I couldnt enter my details as the link from 'access secure payment' didnt work.

Coming back to it now, when entering my susbscription username and password - the web page clears, then loads the login page again. No error message, nothing about 'invalid password or username' - just a login page.

Tried entering crap, and get the error - so its recognising me somewhere, just not letting me do anything.

Tried recreating my account from scratch also, in case the entire details had been deleted - but after entering basic details (name, address etc) I got 'that account already exists'.

I hope this is a start of a fix to the 'access secure payment' link...and Il be able to play again when I get back from work tomorrow.

Just a bit annoying that ive managed to get kicked out of the game in the second umbrood room..with Cthonic knight Ezel or whatever her name is. Death for when I get back, I think <smiles>

Rant over....let the fixes begin.

It looks like at certain conditions info which are input on account pages (including payment details) is processed incorrectly and goes to Bibit server with errors. Because of this, payment request is rejected from Bibit server and never goes to bank server for processing. I know it for shure because I cannot pay already more than two weeks and during that time my bank never received a payment request ( I checked).
Judging by the fact that on the page http://billing.camelot-europe.com/www/perso.php where we are supposed to input our subscription and billing info some script errors really exist ( the message about error from IE I receive every time when I change type of subscription) it's a very possible reason. I wrote about that to support team and still waiting for the answer.
Anyway I'm going to get an US version of the game and go to US server because GOA support is complete disaster. It looks like they are already happy and don't want to get our money.

GOA is a joke when it comes to support. I know it isn't going to fixed today, tommorow, maybe in two weeks if someone complains enough. Fortunately I can get US version faster than two weeks here and start playing actually instead wasting my time with this.

Oh..so knowing it hadnt worked for a fortnight didnt stop them from terminating my active account, and trying to get me to do something that wasnt possible? Thats...interesting.

Well so far Ive tried changing the amount per subscription, and even trying from the french/german pages..all get the same error. This means that GOA, for the past fortnight (at least), have not had any new players start paying, as they cannot enter cc details.

Very interesting. I dont know many companies that willingly refuse to accept payments because their webpage is kaput, and do nothing about it for a fortnight. (nothing visible to us, anyway if the error is still the same).

Kemor, if you do happen to read this - can you give someone a kick up the backside, and get them to at least look at it and give alex and myself a reply from the support group that they are at least looking into it.

I wonder if GOA support understand what's going on. First of all their usual approach is to spend several days sending advices regarding IE version, type of operating system etc. There even was an advice to go to cyber caffe and pay from their computer (I'm not kidding). It looks like these people does something very very important and the gamers just like mosquitoes fly around interrupting their meditation with silly questions about some ways to give OUR money to them.

After the last replay from support people 10 days passed. The problem unsolved. I solved the problem myself - got US version and already a week play on US server. So, my recomendation to everybody with same problem - forget about GOA. They either noncompetent or don't care. Farewell everybody.
