Hello there Peeps.
Im Tiberius, and im q3f admin for Morat.net. We are in the process of starting a MUKQ3FL v.soon and we are at the point where all we need now are clans. For those of you who ar not familiar with Ladders heres a few tidbits on whats involved:
- No set Structure, You play when you want to play (minimum of 1 game a month)
- Flexible Point System, your points earned are determined by the outcome of the game and your oppositions ladder points before the game, Meaning, if you have less points than the opposition and you beat them, you gain more points than if the your opposition had near enough equal points before the game, and the losing clan would lose points!
- you can play on any server, as long as you run a MUKQ3FL config, but minor rules like players and ff can be arranged by both clans using Morat War arranger (see below).
All you have to do to take part is to register your clan ( http://clans.morat.net ). Once registered you will be notified by email when you have been accepted, this will then enable you to login to Morats "Clan Zone", you will have access to the following facilities:
- War arranger
- Clan hosting Request
- Clan News Feed access (once clan hosting approved)
- Clan Forum Request (once clan hosting approved)
- Clan IRC hosting (once clan hosting approved)
The quake 3 fortress ladder website will be live very soon but if you want to see what it will look like, the rules, and other things then visit our MUKTFCL site at http://ladders.morat.net/muktfcl (our tfc ladder). The Q3F ladder will be similer to the TFC one.
So remember, register your clan with morat and then you can participate in the ladder, you dont have to request the other major benifits (hosting, irc, etc) but I recommend it.
You will be notified by email with news of when the ladder will start.
