I had a dilema last week although I have already sorted it.

A 22 y/o where I work has offered me sex no questions on a works night out in York in July, her excuse was her b/f has not touched her for over 3 months now.

What would you do? Take into consideration I am married.

Are you flipping serious! I take it if you are married you made a commitment better fukking stick with it or quit all togheter... And i also assume you love your partner so why the fvck jeopodise your relationship for some meaningless sex..

I declined the offer, I know alot of people who have/would have taken it on. I was just seeing what peoples opinions are.

I would know within 30 minutes what the time was anyway. So I'd make an instantaneous estimation and tell him as I walk past him.

Don't stop. Don't get anything out. Don't look back.

Unfair! Married people are a complete different race!
You probably said no and that raises a new question:

Do you loose your sense when you get married or do you find them?

Saying no to sex-no-questions-asked is weird, and concider this is coming from someone who hasn't had any in 11 years :)

you are walking down the street in a casual manner.

a chav asks you for the time.

a)you dont have a watch on
b)but you do have a mobile phone switched on with the correct time

would you say "sorry i dont have the time"

or

get your expensive phone out, knowing the risks they can easily snatch it from you.
hehehe this happened to me bout an hour ago, just told him it's time to get a job.

Chavvy person: Ey, what's the time?

Teh Seel: Hammer time! *grab pants and do a few sideways moves, end in a spin and punch his lights out*

Now that's how you do it.

EDIT: same goes with that worker friend sex offer, except at the end don't punch her lights out and whip Teh Icicle out :p

just say "nah sorry dont have a watch"

and if they ask me to check my mobile its a simple "dont have it on me" with a cold stare. When todl that i have one and im lieing i just took a step back and told him i just said i dont have a watch. shuts them up :)

If it was one person asking id take out my mobile and check the time. If he tried grabing it i would punch him in the throat or kick him in the kneecap, if he managed to grab it anyway and run off id run him down since im confident im faster than most non-athletes. If he was considerably larger than me or looked very buffed id tell him i dont have the time.

If there was two of them i would either just walk past them ignoring them or say that i dont have the time etc. Dont want to end up in a fight with two people at once.

Would tell him the time and hope he would grab for my phone, just to have a fair excuse to beat the shit out of him.

So many times I find myself wondering how ppl would react if one just started beating another one on open street...

round here no one gives a shit.

i worked in a 17 floor building in town. on the 15th or so floor i looked out the window to see a man start beating up a woman, trying to steal her stuff.

what did everyone do? walked on by. she was decked out on the floor and no one give a shit. in the end she got up and walked off.

Always have a watch so its academic for me, but I'd definately not get my mobile out.

Its all very well knowing I would almost certainly be ok if I had to protect myself if the guy turned nasty when I pull the mobile out, but the fact is there's no reason to invite trouble in the first place.

I've always been careful like that, ever since my first few days at college, a fair few years ago. Back then I was very absent minded and didnt think about what I was doing enough. I was putting a tenner back in my wallet while walking to my table in the refectory, when a class mate of mine comes up and took the note out of my hands and stashed it in his pocket before I knew what I was doing.

I got the tenner back ofc (after much piss taking :p) but I made sure I learnt my lesson - do not get your wallet (or anything valuable) out unless you need to. If someone comes up on the street and asks something that requires you to do this, make excuses, lie, ignore them or basically do anything you have to so that you do not give them an opening, or an excuse, to do something nasty.

Just my thinking anyway - no need to invite trouble since there is already enough going around without grabbing for more :)

A similar thing occured a couple of nights ago. I wasn't there but my m8 who was told me what happened. Occured about 1am in my local pub. Fat Irish loud mouth drunk bloke said a disparaging comment about Aresenal out loud to no one in particular. Some bloke who was far drunker took offense, picked up a bar stool, and smashed Irish in the face with it. Broke his nose, cheek bone, and opened up Irish's face with a nasty cut under the eye. Claret everywhere. Irish's gf was going nuts. Everyone else just carried on drinking. No one offered to help. The landlord refused to phone a cab or ambulance. Eventually his gf has to walk him home.
