Sorry, but it varies. Its not just post-count, its also time account has existed. Its an unfortunate measure we didnt want to take, but we had to protect our community from external undesirables who think its fun to post links to spamvertising sites diguised as games, or general nonsense.

We've tried to get the balance right, so someone serious about being a part of the community here would get url posting rights within a bearable period of time, whereas spammers find it takes too long for their own "needs".
