I don't often make threads but wanted to ask something, asked some people but they didn't know 
So, in the last patch or so have they changed anything to do with shapechanging being overridden by another? I ask because when I played my WL in rvr quite a bit before I was able to use the frog snare on heretic monster rezzed people and it would change them to a frog and stop them etc Though whenever I do now it seems it always just says that they resist the effect?
I looked in the notes before but I didn't notice anything, though I don't remember much either, was anything said or they stealth-nerfed it ?
