Money transfer from pry/hib to exc/mid

I want to transfer 1plat from pry/hib to exc/ mid.
If somebody can help me then send to Fidelcastor or Wyand in pry/hib or Bolha,Rudasmatyi,Kisgeci in exc/mid.
