Alternatively, get the stand that is designed for your particular TV and hopefully it will have room behind it to hide the wires.

Although, most people have waaaaaay too many wires.

lol Actually I had to hacksaw off about 15cm from all sides of the x-box to get it under the table...

Tried that, seems to be impossible to buy the stands for those TV's seperately so if you got it cheap (like what I did) without a stand you're out of luck
