MOH Dedicated Server Setup

OK I have a server setup and running fine but Im not familiar with the Quake engine so having trouble get all the settings right. What commands do I use for things like max rounds, timelimit, server name etc. And what file do I put these settings in as all I can see is an autoexec.cfg which doesnt do much.

Are there any admin commands for kicking players etc?
