Why is daoc the only game lagging with servers in Paris. Other games líke WoW and Ryzom dont lagg and afaik also got servers i Paris.
These games dont got OT for isp?
Or is it that GOA cant hide behind the "its OT not ours fault" explanation any more.

If WoW and Ryzom got different isp i suggest to GOA that u change to that isp asap because the customers wont stand this any more and numbers drop more and more for every day.

I thought WoW's were in Amsterdam, along with every other mmo with European based servers? (except daoc of course)

Ryzom is also GoA i thought.. so they must suffer too, or it's some other weirdness (eg a scriptkiddie doing shitty stuff)

Server lag doesn't come from the fact they're based in Paris or anywhere else but from the ISP (OT for GOA) or/and the code (so Mythic).

PS : Ryzom isn't GOA. They are independent devs and the european servers are hosted by Jolt in UK.

DAOC, WoW, (DnL) ==> Paris
SOE euro servers (Everquest, PlanetSide, etc) ==> Amsterdam
AO ==> Germany (not 100% sure)
