Ok my bot has done ml's to ml5. Did ml3 last, i got 100% mlxp since doing ml3, and arbitor says i still need more experience to get next ml lvl. i'm still lvl 3.

do i need mlxp now for ml4 and ml5? in order to get lvl 5

I hate to tell you this, but you really do need more MLxp

I had exactly the same problem on Nee, even got Kemor to investigate.. and all i needed was more mlxp...

I was on 100% for ages, kept killing mlxp mobs in Dartmoor until it finally dinged me...

its just misreporting your mlxp and you need an incey wincey ickle amount :x

check the ML screen and check if everything is done (including step 11, getting mlxp). sometimes the GUI says 100% but the /master screen doesn't and you need like 1% more ...

Yup, you've got something like 99.8% MLxp, and it's rounding in the display to 100%.

Just kill something else that gives MLxp (Like a giant in Dartmoor, or whatever), and you'll get the visit the Arbiter message. Really hated the first time I saw it, as I suicided out of a raid to visit the arbiter and get back to the raid quickly, only to find I had to do it a second time because I wasn't quite there !
