ML9 - Dargor ?

Ok, when walking a bit through ML9 I found a Jinni mob called Dargor, he has a wind-mob on/in him called Wind of Dargor and a few mobs around him called Shield of Dargor ...

Now this all isnt so uncommon, named mobs in a ML dungeon... However, this particular mob isnt part of ML9, and I cant find anything about dargor with google... (I tried searching for dargor + aerus )

Has anyone killed him? If so did he drop anything?

Killing the mob at the entrance of ML9, dunno what he's called but he doesnt hit back, only gave a bag of coins

Patch note 1.67a:

Dargar will despawn if you kill named mob at entrance of Aerus City who doesnt hit back and only drops bag of coins.

Spend some time farming in Aerus City (good coin) and never saw Dargar. Doubt he's actually in it. Or perhaps pops when you trigger something

Saw him, killed him, either dropped nothing or just coin (cant remember for sure)

Strange really, almost every named in TOA serves some purpose but Ive no idea what - if anything - this named djinn is for.
