Ml9 Convoker ability - Summoning mastery - Works?

I read some about this ability i just attained and not sure it is working properly? Its supposed to raise pet level by 20 levels in defencive and offencive calculations. Here is some screens from someone who did it:

And ive never seen it work that way for anyone, so is it bugged or have they just not implemented the graphics where pet becomes bigger yet? Anyone have logs of damage increase or anything?
