You will need to have the GROUP steps completed before you attend raid, this raid will require a real zerg or at least a few theurgists so if you can duel boot a theurgist
Loot will be lottoed FFA style 1 item per person

You don't need any sort of ML to attend this raid, just be 40+ and have talked to Arbitor and have group steps done etc.
