Steps that need to be done before are 8.4 8.7 8.9 (not hard to complete with 1fg)

tried to get ML 8,9 done b4 spent 6+ hours getting a fg and failing 4 times, but ppl on the raid took time and helped out so we got all steps, huge tnx ppl :wub:
