no ... BST = GMT+1 ... the problem with CET is that there is no different name for it's summer and winter versions, hence at the moment CET is GMT+2 (or BST+1 if you like)

As I mentioned a couple of posts ago:

Central Europe is not on CET atm, but actually on CEST
