Do you need to have completed an earlier ML to get credit for presteps or is that only if you want full ML credit?

You need ML3 to even enter the ML7 dungeon.

A quick question to that response....does it mean you have to BE master level 3 or can you come if you completed ML3 but not lets say ML2?

You have to get the ML3 ability to enter the dungeon.
