Trust me, you don't need a pally and an icer. We did it with a 2h armsman as tank and some casters.

The amount of mobs you have to farm for one of the steps has been greatly reduced.

The only hard step is 7.4 where you have to use careful timing. Can't kill the Volurgons too fast or too slow.

True, the only thing you need is nukage, and some character capable of holding aggro a bit. 8 friars could probably do it easy.

it makes it hell of a lot more fast though
