scrolls will be /Random 1000 after raid . highest picks, next highest picks next etc etc. . all rogs on lesser then 99% will be destroyed ( or i'll keep them for salvage)

For level he has cap on +cast speed%/+buff bonus%/+healing% and afaik +48power% so he is rawking for j00
