Meeting Volcanus Haven 7pm UK time, aiming to be trundling off into danger around 7:30.

We are doing steps 7-10. If you want credit for ML you must have done steps 1-6 previously. I know this is short notice but what the hey. I was going to set up ML 6 for this week but someone else already arranged for next week so am doing this instead (erm, after running ML5 bits and pieces twice this week already lol).

Note that ML3 is pre-req to be able to enter dungeon.

Although have done the ML7 group steps various times have not done the BG steps before so anyone who has the experience is welcome to shove advice my way as we amble through this.

As usual there will be a command CG for group leaders and advisors and BG for the troops.

Loot rules: You can lotto for anything but once you have won something you are out of further rolls until everyone has won something (which is unlikely). This includes keys. If you don't want something don't roll for it. If you roll for something, win, then decline you are out of all future rolls for the evening for being a time waster.

Main rule which is inviolate (as always for my hunts) is that you will be courteous to other players at all times or be removed from the BG. Anyone not following raid instructions will find themselves out of the BG also as it simply holds up everyone else. Have had very good discipline on the raids so far so don't expect this to be a problem but it doesn't hurt to remind peeps ;)

Look forward to seeing you there. Lets have some fun :)

Quite a few from alliance already on for this as I was gibbering about it before posting.

I'll be around tomorrow afternoon to help with group steps if any need help.

Although I'll be logging Elim for the main raid, that goon Oro is more use so I can help folks through various group steps if they need it during Friday afternoon. PM ingame if stuck :)

General rule of thumb for me is first time through I do as Elim so the char I like playing best gets credit, then after that I go with practical and log on the barn door on legs. Both Elim and Oro have the group steps already so I'll use Oro to help anyone that needs :)

Some thanks and apologies.

Big thanks to Bojangles and Grummel for keeping the raid running smoothly. Thanks to Morch for being the looney running down the halls with a big nasty stalking him while the rest of us hid round a corner.

Special thanks to Requiel for getting us Bojangles back and for moving a bugged mob that would have insta-wiped the raid.

And now some apologies.

Big apologies to Rhuvetha who I dropped in the poo. I'd thought Rhu was running another group in the afternoon for pre-reqs (for a couple of guildpeeps) and pointed some folks her way. This was totally wrong of me and I shouldn't have done it as it meant she was forced to make a pre-req group (as guildies were not coming online) then ended up having all kinds of troubles to deal with. Nasty stressful night for one of the best GMs in the game and entirely down to me.

Apologies to Sycho and a couple of others for getting caught up in the chaos that came out of that which ultimately led to them not getting the ML done. It was a short notice raid and some peeps were struggling to get pre-reqs done in time.

And for the rest, thanks for coming and putting up with me bumbling around as usual. Bojangles mentioned he's running ML9 soon so I'm looking forward to that if I'm around for it (hopefully not Wed-Fri next week as I'm not around :D)

No need to apologise, it was no one's fault.

Time was the problem and we took a while to get people then we just had continious bad luck(probably the most i have had in daoc for a while, i decided to log off because it's really unfair to hold a raid up), we tried our best though and group was very laid back, too bad we couldn't make it but shit like that happens :/

Oh well i just go to next one i guess.

Good to see you completed it anyway.

First off, Eilm thanks for organising it.. seems quite a few needed this raid including a few TLW people so /salute :)

Just want to say something about the remains.. was shocked tbh, still cant get over the genorosity<sp?> of the people on the raid.

What the situation was: I have to normaly log by 10pm so I can run down to the local train station to get a train to work :< so asked Eilm in the chat group if we could roll for the remains first as that is all I was there for (being ml8 on pala and 100%MLxp before the raid).

so just a big /fluffle to everyone on the raid
