Today in ML7 Bg I stooped to calling Chodax names, that was wrong of me no matter of what I think of him.

FOR the Record: Sedde and I had spent the previous 3½ hours trying help others ( non-guildies) get the group steps. The reason we were BEHIND the Zerg was NOT because we were late but because we had been orderd to release ( group step went wrong). We died on our way trying to get Ahead of the zerg, I didnt get to Sedde in time and he had to autorelease. He was Angry and upset, the way he expressed it was wrong granted. But very understandable.

Im Damn proud to have members in my guild that will help complete strangers for 3 hours straight

Rhon, i'm sorry it worked out the way it did for both you and Sedde. I did not get involved in the heated discussion as I was not 100% what was going on so felt I had no place to comment.

I'm sure Chod will have cooled down and will post here at some point now that things have calmed down.

If there is anything I can do to help smooth this over and improve how you guys felt last night let me know ;)

I apologise for being confrontational, however I don't apologise for the sentiment as Sedde was bang out of order by blaming the raid for his 'horrible night'. The raid was held up for 15mins waiting and then trying to get him ressed, we did everything to help that you can expect when leading 40+ people. I am sorry Sedde missed the raid, I truely am. I don't like to leave anyone behind but there was nothing we could do under the circumstances and I lost my cool when Sedde blamed the raid, two wrongs don't make a right but please understand that it isn't fair to blame the raid when they have done all the reasonably could without endangering or seriously prolonging the raid.

Oh and while I am here, big thanks to Elim for another good raid and his infinate patience :)

Ok you all seem right with what u are saying, BUT I WAS 10 minutes there without rez, the thing is that , they send a grp to rez us through elites which could die as easily as we do, and when i saw peeps from my grp rezzed they died again after 20 seconds. If I was the raid leader , i would get the whole raid back to rez em , specially through elites. But thats only my opinion, i am a noob compared to all u since i started playing 3 months ago so i didnt eventually worth to be ml7 last night, oh and Chodax , yes it was a horrible night (2 i would say) spended loads of hours in there getting grp steps for guildies and non-guildies. I didnt see you organizing a raid to help peeps or even join a grp to help em get steps, so please be quiet on this. Even if elim did booted me from raid i was in there till the end, even when Bojangles died and was ported back from Requiel, i was talking with requiel for like 3 hrs and he told me that its not the same die way but we could do something, but none thinked that for me. Please dont cause my anger, i am a peacefull person irl but i hate being the one that always helps and last moment gets ganged

Not directed at anyone as I was not even there - and reading this... yes.. you were trying to help.. but...

This looks clearly like a case of some people trying to do the pre-req's for a raid at the last moment, All the ML's ive been on the last few weeks have been the same - just wish people would plan ahead.

Sedde that is because I had done the steps the day before with a group and I was off getting ML6 steps whilst you were doing your ML5 steps. Does that make me a bad person? No.

Leading the raid back to rez you through the Elites would have only delayed the raid even more, Elim and most of the leadership /cg agreed that couldn't happen, we were running late enough as it was. Sending 1fg was enough, the problem was that you were seperated from your group and so they had to rez the other 7 before they could rez you. Sadly you autoed, we waited and we did try to get you Sedde, it didn't work and again I am really sorry that you missed the BG steps but that doesn't mean the raid was at fault and that was all I was annoyed about. You had a horrible night but there was nothing more we could have done without delaying the raid much longer, it was just bad luck.

It was a short notice raid. I half expected not to get the required numbers and that we'd just do it another night. (I also expected to wipe on 7.8 when I did my homework but thats a different story). Its supposed to be fun for peeps but the mad scramble to get pre-reqs for those that didn't have them spoiled it for a few and I'm truly sorry about this.

I understand why Sedde feels put out. He did spend a lot of time helping peeps. However, firing up to abuse the entire raid was a big no-no. Line crossed, end of story.

The circumstances of Bojangles LD death and Sedde's auto-release are completely different. I am not going to ask a server GM to fix it up every time there is something that lies within the abilities of players to have circumvented ourselves. Bojangles LD death was crippling for the raid as he was MA and one of the main advisors in the Command CG, also because he has experience of this raid already *and* most importantly it was because the reason he ended up back at Oceanus was completely outwith his control. Even when I PM'd Requiel, I didn't expect something to be sorted out. In a real time online game there is no safety net and I think its wrong of people to get into the way of thinking that someone will be there to sort out everytime there's a problem which could have been taken care of by players. Don't take that to mean I'm pointing any fingers. The responsibility for the peeps that had a bad experience at the end of the day lies with me.

Once I know my work schedule for a week or so from now I'll organise another ML7 to make it up to the folks that lost out last night.
