Need to get toghether people who can do ml5 in the evenings.

Don't need too many people by the looks of things as lots of it seems to be group based. Hoping to breeze through this one after the traumas of ML3 and ML4.2

Looking to start in the evenings after 20:30 cet Spending as many evenings as is necessary to get it done.

Best is to gather a group and do 5.1-5.8 since those are group steps.. and then do a bigger raid with 3fg+ for 5.9 and 5.10.

We did 5.9 and 5.10 last night with 3fg.. it took 1h20min including lotto etc.. very smooth.

Count me in if wednesday or thursday for the 5.1-5.8 parts with my mend/aug healer

Urme is right, if u get less 2FG for raid u prolly can't make final steps if u got 2fg+, then 1-8 steps will take a age.

I can bring my Mend/Aug healer depending on when the raid is, ml5 group steps are easy for a decent FG.
You want to bring 1-2 sm's tho, will make life easier

What i might do is after doing then steps lead a few more group raids through so we have a few groups wanting the final bg steps later in the week.

People wanting group stages meet stygia tonight at 20:30

Hopefully we can get healers, a shammy and a few tanks/casters togehter.

Looking at VOS if we get 2fg's worth they can run one per side.

So, any sm's not pling alts need to come do ml5

Only 1 bg step and thats 5.10, rest can be done with 1fg, best group setup would be:
2 Shield tanks, 2 sm's, a Pac and a Mend healer, Shaman and a Savage/Zerk.
I might be able to bring a few peeps that also need the steps.

We manage to do 7 group steps with a VERY gimped group setup.

1 SB
1 Hunter
1 Warrior
1 Healer
2 Buffbots -> Played by me and the other played by the SB.

We only had problems with the step when the boss mob splits into 8-15 purple adds.. but after 1 hour or so we manage to take him down.. it was a pain though

Though we didn't have enough melee dmg to take down the mob that spawns red/purple lions.. got him to 15% two times before we got wiped.

But just remember that you don't need a "perfect" group to do these steps.. sure it cuts down the time some.

You should have swapped the warrior for a thane and then it would have been perfect

Thanks to those that turned up last night and sorry for the couple of people I had to turn away (everyone wants ml5 on their healers it seems!)

Ok we only managed to get 3 steps done last night before wiping on the stage with the lion pops ( aggro from behind and 15 red to purple lions was harsh)

Going to retry group stages again tonight 20:30 cet and probably tomorrow at the same time.

Any suggestions as to defeating the lion mob will be greatful. Had a thought of every second lion pop a shield tank with aggro engaging main mob whilst others hit on lions, rinse and repeat. Would this be viable?

Interestingly enough the ml mob fights the purple mobs from outside which was amusing to watch after wipe.

Just melee him down asap.. don't care about the adds if they don't add on healer/shamans.

Aye was kinda hard with all those Lions, think we where a bit to many healing classes though

Anyway was great fun, and hope I can keep my spot again tonight

Done it 4 times now in various groups, the best thing imo is to have everyone on the main mob while 1 shield tank keeps lion spawns off of healers. They all disappear when main mob dies and you cant realy kill them fast enough to stay on top of the spawn rate while still damaging main mob.

Cool, we might have been ok if it wasn't for the spawn aggroing from behind, i think we will set up the powerwards closer to the main mob next time!

Thanks for leading the mini raid last night, I was there as Osmium and had an interesting time seeing the ML5 mobs do their stuff - that one that split up into twenty purples was pretty cool, got a few screenshots of that

Can't make any other nights this week sadly, but good luck with the remaining steps.

Too bad, as Yaruar said, the spawn from behind aggroed us. That was the killing blow for us. Had a great time there thou as usual. Been doin ML5 grp steps a couple of times now so I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Yaruar, If u need my help just ask anyone in FoM if I'm online and I will show up, if i'm not busy doing some other ML steps.

Did it with some guild group (think it was the untouchables can't reckon sry), the tanks were 2 warriors and a savage, 2 sms, 2 healers and a shaman. We had no power/heal wards, the lion is easy, 1 spreadheal= all adds agro the healur then guard on him/her, easily saved from death that way.

Went very well last night except the 5.6-8 mobs wasnt there, was getting late so we decided to do those tonight instead. So 20:30 CET, Stygia - DONT be late, ppl from last nights grp will ofc get in first and there will be a spot for Yaruar as well
