ML5 - needed

Can any ml leaders possibly lead an ml5 bg step raid within the next week? warrior missing ml5 bg steps and without them i will be stuck at ml3 missing all the lovely ml9-10 raids going on atm!

would really appreciate it, i'm sure we could get the numbers, vavi raid is sooooooo far away

PW fullgrouped it not so long ago.

5.9 is easy and for 5.10 I suggest the following tactic:

Bring the following group and you'll have no problem doing it.

- Healer (pac)
- Healer (aug)
- Shaman (aug)
- Warrior
- Warrior
- Any PBOAE or even aoe caster (we did it with warlock)
- Any Damage tank (we did it with Skald but zerker would be a lot faster)
- Anything at all (can take another healer to be saver, or another damage tank to make the killing quicker)

Getting to Ammut (5.10)

The hardest bit is to get to Ammut. The mobs that guard the ramp towards him are tough as nails. You want everybody to stay WELL back and a single Warrior to pull. THIS IS IMPORTANT. When you kill them all again everybody stays well back and the warrior goes all the way up the ramp. There is a chance ALL the mobs repop when you first go up the ramp and when that happens when the full group is going up it you will wipe. Just make sure the warrior is there alone and runs back to group asap and kill mobs again. I've never seen that full repop happen twice so you should now be clear to go up towards Ammut.

Killing Ammut:

The entire group wants to go up to the left side in Ammut's room. There is a bright light portal thing there. That's where you want to plant the pbaoe and a warrior permaguarding him. And the ENTIRE rest of the group wants to box up in that pbaoe.

When you're all fopped up etc the other warrior goes to pull Ammut and drags him up... if possible to the bright light or as close as you can get him. Now the Warrior and the damage tank tank down Ammut. He's immune to magic so safe the pbaoe/nukes for when adds spawn (from the bright light which is why you have your pbaoe box there.)

The advantage of doing it this way is that you're constantly killing small ammounts of adds rather then it building up to a point where everyone gets interupted. Also from the other side of hte room crocodiles spawn but their pathing is ... "flawed" ... so it takes them all day to find their way to you. Sometimes Ammut dies before the first one finds you sometimes you get them from the first moment. If any of those adds agro the warrior or damage tank who are not in the box the shammy should aoe pull them off. This way, as long as everybody stays boxed and you have some patience, this is actually quite easy. And deviding the drops between only 8 people is sweet.

Should have joined us last tuesday instead going RvR arumos we did it with 10 peeps+2bb's

I will talk with angrist, snake and dub to see if we can arrange that for ya, but i know at least dub and angrist are really tired of PvE atm

Just a lil info about my next ml raids.
Things can change ofc deu to real life but thats not likely.

ML1 + ML2 Thursday 26th Of january 19.30CET
ML3 Sunday 29th Of january 19.00 CET
ML4 Thursday 2nd Of february 20.00 CET
ML5 + ML7 Sunday 5th Of february 18.30 CETML6 Thursday 9th Of february 20.00 CET
ML8 Sunday 12th Of february 19.00 CET
ML9 Thursday 16th Of february 19.30 CET
ML10 -> There are 2 ppl doing weekly ml10's so u can join them whenever u like Bluesky on Friday and Zed on Sunday.

Im not 100% bout this, but during my ml marathon i had 100% ml exp after every single raid. so u shouldn't have any trouble getting it. The only thing u need is the presteps before the raid.
So if all things go right, im gone give every1 joining this ml1-10 in 4 weeks .
