ML5 grpsteps today 14/08, 18 CET

Short notice time but checking if we can gather a group for ML5 group steps (possibly .9 and .10 too) later today. If enough ppl sign up, meet in stygia 18:00 CET.

Group setup something like:

healer -
healer -
shaman - me
shield tank -
tank -
pbae -
hunter -
other -

I can also play warrior or berserker (or maybe some other class) if necessary and have the shaman just as buffbot, but things always go smoother if everyone just plays 1 char.

According to vnboards, an archer is great for 5.2, thats why the hunter spot if anyone was wondering. Apparently it can be done with pbae as well though.

Allright, updating the list a little

healer - Jamenna
healer - Plattfot (shaman+offgrp healer)
shaman - me
shield tank - my warrior if none else signs up
tank - Runoff
pbae - Michail
hunter/other - Armund if no hunter signs up
other - Terralot

Plattfot is willing to join with shaman in group healer spot (needs the steps) and a healer off group if needed. Michail can bring FOP buffbot too if he wakes up. So much for the everyone plays 1 char thing tho But seems to be the best we can come up with. I believe the group is easily strong enough for other steps but 5.2 may be a pain, haven't done it post patch myself but heard/read that it has been made harder.

Still room for a healer / warrior / hunter, if none signs up we go like this.

I shield tank taunt styles the mob 5 times then engages, no one else hits the mob, one Pbaoe in Fop then kills it to 3%

Important, mob must die to a melee attack, if you pbaoe it to death no credit and a 1-2 hour wait for respwn, Did this method 3 times in last 3 weeks.

Albs have it slightly easier using Paladin to taunt and use Heal chant to maintain aggro.

Thanks, I read about similiar tactic but hunter shooting it while shield tank engages - nice to hear it works with pbae as good. And sorry, looks like no room for you
