ml4 bg steps wensday 8 pm gmt stygia excalibur

Ok guys im gonna try this ml 4 bg steps again this time I really need a zerg of ppl we have to take over all the setian camps and towns and then the fortress.

because of couple of unecessary deaths last time and ppl going away too often ill set 3 main rules:

never step in front of bg leader or we all die 4 aggro and never take personal initiative only do what bg leader sais!

stay till end of raid unless u have something very urgent to do or ull be banned from other raids.

dont talk to me in other languages or i wont reply unless u pm me cause it seems other ppl get confused by this and I cant personally stay focused if changing 5 languages so speak english in bg plz.

there is no excuse this time there is no other raid in programm, its almost a week in advance and its at a decent time so dont start commenting there is other raid etc..

said that bg at stygia starting at 8 gmt in excalibur wensday, ill wait 2 min extra 4 late ppl bt then ill leave so u ther u get ml ur not catch up

I'm jst gonna post the explanation 4 ml 4.2 which will b confusing so u can do sme homework b4 coming

we have to make all 3 setian towns take fire, to do so we have to take first the tents outside the towns kill all and leave a group 4 each tent camp to guard against setians putting fires out.
the remaining groups after havin taken all 3 camps round the town go in and take the town.
once the town is on fire the tents stop spwaning setians and all can reunite in the town. done this 1 grp is left to guard that no setians put down the fires in the town and the rest go conquer the other 2 towns.

repeat this other 2 times for the other 2 towns once they are all taken the remaining groups go to the fortress of storms and make it take fire when all setians are dead it is safe for the groups guarding the other towns to join the rest in the fortress of storms.

at this point we all zerg boss and finish it.

its not hard it takes only some organisation bt I need all to b focused no afk and no ppl leaving in middle of raid! plz try to remember this ill explain again during raid bt if u do ur homework its gonna b quick and easy! cya at the raid

Well I am out of words, this was one of the most disappointing ML4 raids I've been on.
Now don't get me wrong, 4.2 went quite ok. Same with other steps up to 4.7. Where you obviously had done next to none research to ensure a smooth 4.8 portal opening.
Now the last drop was when we was at 4.8. Quite frankly this is ML4's easiest ML step. And the raidleader made it look like quantum physics or rocket science.

Kudos for the initiative, but you really should plan and research the steps a wee bit more. And also take a second peak at the map to avoid unecessary detours.

Also a few tips for any of your future raids,
Set yourself in respect. Don't let people take liberties that may wipe the raid. Make example of people that do that.
/bg listen when people spam. Half of the raid usually have no knowledge of the steps and whine in BG when they dont get credit or whatever.
Listen to people that have experience. I've lead ML4 BG successfully over a handful of times, turning a blind eye to advice slows things down when you steer the ship the wrong dir

thing that annoyed me most was the whine from the zerg, really guys immature behaviour, it got u nowhere

carrying on the raid to .9 and .10 would mean those would got .8 wouldnt come back to help the others... and after I'd bringing another 3 accounts (2 of which ani + fop bot(which I had fire up another pc , to then run to 4.2 coz there were no other fopers)) for 4 hours to achieve nothing was bloody frustrating considering no one else was bothering to bring fop bots, and enabling to hit bonus cap (from shrooms).

Yes, the ml8 credit wasn't directly your fault but it was clear you didn't have a command over the bg for that step which led to the credit going to a select few.

But still managed to get 4.9 and 10 done.

The thing that pissed me off was the abuse that snrub got for his mistake. Everyone makes them, but some people went way over the top at him.

guys I jst have to say snrub made a mistake bt is normal we all do.

4 the ml4.9 4.10 I did say at the beginning of raid that noone would have left untill the end of raid unless they had serious reasons bt a lot of people did and when I set rules and they r not respected I go furious so I stayed with 2 grps did 4.9 and 4.10 and also helped in the grp steps after for all the others that left big /clap I would have redone 4.8 4 u guys but I got disgusted by the abuse on snrub and ur totally childish behaviour so next week ill start ml1-10 and some of the names I remember in my black list will be excluded!
said that I did know what to do but people didnt listen because the so called "experts" told ppl different tactics they got confused and mede a mess! I jst admit I didnt remember the positions of the heads bt that wouldnt have been a major problem.

now I hope in my next raid I wont have chavvish kids blaming eachother and leaving because someone did a mistake.

snrub ur more than welcome to join my next raid 4 ml4.

the rest who behaved badly u know who u r ur not welcome anymore.

u do realise that if u wanted to redo 4.8 we had to do ALL the other step's so u could open the portal ? that and the raid had allready went on 4 3 hours+ its safe to say alot of peeps was pissed of and wanted to leave.

A few tip's on the next raid u do, when u say dont use pot's, then u should allso cancel the pot's urself as we waited 5 mins every time we crossed a river to wait 4 peeps and u to realise all was here then move.
Move on time, cos it give's a bad vibe when the raid leave's late, i mean it took us 30 mins to even get started on 4.2 witch is abit slow.

You do realise at 12am many people have to go bed for school and work? Missing school or work ain't an option dude. And you are very very low to get annoyed at people for that.
And you obviously take no self critique or want to improve your action, hence you'll never improve as a raid leader.

listen if u have so many problems with me why do I even bother do raids? the personal initaiative I agreed with u when u went running round helping in camps so that wasnt fully without my consent, second I replied in italian to those guys not to talk in their language in the bg third we needed more people so I had to wait, third I repeated 4 times to cancel pots it wasnt my fault ppl didnt listen to chat, fourth I dont do private or listen chats because noone listens to my chat if I do that and if u had probs with schools or job dont start the raid cause u should know its a long raid.

and last if to be a raid leader I have to stab ppl backs verbally kill people who do mistakes like snrub and get kicked in the face because some stuck up know it all like lordjox has to say the last sentence wel fk all of the complaints im running the raids my way if u dont like it dont come!

I kept my end of the deal if other ppl dont keep their end of the deal its not my fault im not god unlike some other ppl who clearly think they are here, I run other 12 raids b4 and this was by far the worst grp I ever had (excluding the 2 grps which came with me on ml4.9 and 4.10 and which strangely listened to me and we did it in very short time with no losses)

and lesson 4 real life, I go to cambridge I had a seminar presentation at 8 the day after, which I did perfectly although I went to sleep at 3 am to b able to finish what I had started; so dont come up with excuses if u can't keep up the pace jst dont join these things if u think ur too great and busy to follow me.
