ML4.8 Daehien farming

Has anyone done this with a small team? How is it done and what's the best setup? How hard is Daehien to kill, and what's the minimum you need to get it killed in decent time?

I've seen many people say that they've had uber rogs appearing from the chests, and I can confirm that, once won lotto on key at ML4.8, got +8dexcap, +12concap, +10powercap and some other bonuses on cloth boots... Some reports on alacritous stuff too, which I'm after

So the snakes don't target the blast on animist if they aggro the pet? afaik if the snakes aggro chanter pet, the blast is centered on the chanter, not the pet...

I'll give peeps who are interested in here a pm if I'm gonna try this encounter some day. Some post on VNB said the snake is around 30 min respawn, so could kill it multiple times then go open the chests

well on big raids ive seen ani's putting shrooms and zerg didnt get killed so im guessing it does work

just ungrp a guy that runs ahead and bodypull the lot rezz him and rinse and repeat. I bet snake is easy killed with chanter druid and menta

seems intresting and i can confirm uber rogs and alacritous weapons
once i bought 6 keys on housing of that step, couldnt complain

well mate if ur gonna get a grp together, im def up for it,
lvl50 warden and i'll be sui bot/healer

did it 4 a m8 with
1 hero, 1 bm, 1 chanter, 1 drood, 1 warden and bb + bard on stick

get red heat resist and let the hero pull all the mob's with DI or something on and its an easy kill tbh

Diahien easy killable with ml9 chanter and any healing class without fop

From chests you can get class-specific items, and chance to get jewelry too. And I've never got anything uber from GS, done it gazillion times for MLxp. I've opened around 3-4 ML4.8 chests, and each of the rogs were good, one of them was very good. And Viradon's drops don't seem to bad either, so I'd still say this is worth farming

There's some things you can't get from fixed drops, that are possible in rog drops: alacritous stuff, +spell duration to increase slam length, high powerpool bonuses and +power caps, +10-+14 cap increases....
