ML3 is a timecomsuming raid so...but its not the main problem.
The main problem is no ones dares to lead one, not even the "experienced" players, they are plainly afraid of it.

Erulin my respect for you have risen tenfold, you dared and a lot got angry for missing steps(including me) but I take it back. Nicely done, wish more had the guts to lead one.
