Quite honestly the WORST ML3 I've ever taken part in. It took ages, you didn't have any leading skills, but then again had no problem with claiming Gem of Moirai and logging out before the lotto.
I hope you never get to do a raid again, sorry for having to say it this way, but it was horrible.

Each to ther own mate :)

In defense of myself, it was the 1st raid i had led and possibly the worst ml to lead, we did have 70+ great players in the /bg. The Gem was the last item in my inventory before i switched the /bg treasurer. I also stated at the beginning of the raid that I did not know what item to claim and that I would in fact claim an item at the end of the raid. All items where given to Hug for the lotto at the end. I did not log with the drops, that MUST be understood.

Cheers,

Sec.

(I was not on your raid, I just saw some rather negative comments about it during my brief visit to the game to talk with people today..)

tip.. if you ever do a raid agian. State every rule you have on FH .. including claiming of items...
and if you do a crap raid, even if it is your first... dont claim, makes people less angry with you :p

The biggest misstake he did, was listening to whiners, ppl who didnt have the pre-recs, non-listeners, afk'ers and so on and so forth, so he did the misstake of being nice and did several steps over again, leading to a looooong raid. On top of that, the ml3.1 wasnt there, so we wisited it 2 times without it being there. This ment many ppl wanted zerg to rush on, leaving akf'er, LDs and non-listeners behind and dead, which again lead to ppl being frustrated. At the end i think max 50 maybe less out of the 70+ was left.

lesson learned:
1. make it (even) clearer that pre-rec is a pre-rec. If u dont have them, dont come!
2. Unless half the zerg misses a step, dont do the step again. Someone allways misses a step, its (unfortionatly) part of the game.
3. pitstops and regroup often and at every crossroad. Say when zerg moves after a stop.
4. Make sure ppl know not to stop and fight aggro in a spawn, but take the adds to the zerg at first safespot. And make sure zerg stops! to handle the aggro, and rez the dead who didnt make it to safe spot.

This ML was a pain, some due to inexperience by the leader, but mostly to lack of disipline and experience from the zerg. ML's do bring out the worste in ppl.

Dont give up, and better luck next time.

I thought it went ok tbh, sec was maybe a little too passive :) Clear shouts of whats going on with only a few bg and group leaders being allowed to chat in the /bg makes all the difference.

Hello mate, I did join your ML3 with my runemaster and it didn't really went as smooth as you probably hoped it would go. A few words of advice. As its your first ML lead, maybe you should of asked for a little help from others. You picked the hardest ML to see if you are cappable.

Try to read about the steps before you start a ML raid. Every now or than you went silent because you want to read about what to do in this step. Either print them out or know them before doing it.

Also try not to be 'the most loved' midgardian :) About 1 of the 10 people is retarded and forgot to pay attention at school and will surely not pay attention to forums / ML leaders. Let them live in their own world and stick to your orginal plan. It will surely improve the speed of your raid.

Also (was already stated by someone else) hold your moving at every corner. See if there people behind and let people fight the aggro. Ress the deads and wave at the afk people :)

Don't let the first experience lead you to the next raids, even Chroni makes mistakes (remembers his last ml8 :p) and he did all the MLs like 20 times.

hilarious to claim for a raid that vent like that.

have decency to name item you claim before raid , looked more like greed/theft than claiming.
