ML3 Part 1: Friday 21st @ 7gmt

What You Need Done Before Coming on an ML Raid/Recommended Raid Order
This is done in Temple of Twilight, 15k 58k Oceanus Notos.

Get a full group (the shaman has been killed with 4 people, but you probably want a full group) and go to 15k 58k Notos. You'll find a triton treasure hunter there, right before the zone in point (don't kill him, just talk to him, you'll need the group you brought with you kill a shaman). Talk to the treasure hunter and get both the Antioos and Kepa quest. You can't complete them until you are with the raid, but you can do one step - kill a triton shaman.

Now go to Naxos, Melos or Skyros Territory. (If you don't know where those are, try http://www.daoc-illuminati.com/'s map of Meso).

Find and kill a purple triton shaman. Get the necklace and be sure to bring it on the ML3 raid.
You need at least 4 people to kill a triton shaman, might want to bring a little more. Sounds like there are multiple places you can find shaman, they have been reported at three different locs:

~35k 5k Meso Nov 18 - Jozi Rawr
5k 19k Meso Dec 21 - Avirez

The Raid ​

Bind in Aerus Haven and bring lots of underwater potions!
ML3 is located in Temple of Twilight, 15k 58k Oceanus Notos.

Meeting point will be Aerus @ 7gmt

Will definitely make my appearance with her, if we lack tanks, I can bring my warrior too.

Note - you do not have to complete ML2 in order to obtain credit for ML3 steps 1 through 10 as long as you complete 3.1-3.9 before doing Medusa (3.10).

This is true in the general sense as well, provided you meet the ML requirements to enter the zone in which a ML takes place, you can get full credit for that ML without needing to have completed all previous MLs.

Example - I got credit for the entirety of ML4 (but no MLxp of course and therefore no ML4 ability) before having completed ML3.



Having said that, if I can get home by 7pm I'll come along to help with 2.10, I know how much of a pain it can be.

2.10 is easy as long as everyone does what he has to do, also no need to stand outside the temple for harpy-fodder. On my ml2 raid everyone (about 14 people) went in and yuri didn't start ae dding our arse off. I think it checks how many are attacking him not the number of people in the temple.

The raid took too long.


The egg,sword,neckplace,moughart, all should be made prereq. Would've saved at least 3 hours.

All that matters is that we did it tho, but still took too long

aye my mistake on not making them pre=req, thought that it was 1 sword per grp not 1 sword per person >_<
Saying that we dropped all 7 main mobs in under a hr after egg farming was done
we even killed a couple twice for people who ld

I must say when we got a ld stuck in kepas room cus she argos sum1 and folowed us to the x rds, only a twoll would think to knock down the doors to get to him. Had me in stitches when it actually worked and saving private hellsrasier was a success ^_^

I really enjoyed that raid, sure it took some time with the swords and eggs. but hell havent you waited before in Daoc?

It was suprisingly little LD's and we bashed the second part of the raid superbly.

Credit to the people holding the raid and those who participated.

Only downside was the lotto, please make up some clear rules about the lotto before the raid. I for one dont like the numerous "I am rolling for him/her as she left!!!" IMO if you cant bother staying at the lotto...you get nothing either.
