And no you are right, I dont need any of the rogs or scrolls that dropped. But What you see as lousy drops, others(and there is a lot on sucha raid that never had a lvl 50) might have use for them.

And since you just destroy them all. next time set loot to split instead and just let others have the joy of the items that you dont get yourself.

The raid was fine, an efford was made to get all credit, I liked that. And the last lootsplit for those in need and it would have been great.

It was merely a reminder on maybe doing that different next time.

But you are a funny lot. I ask 1 question about the lotto stated in the beginning and the whole guild comes running. Next time just say "Sorry, only drops was crap items, so no reson to lotto " and that would have been it.

I am more than happy with the way the raid went. Well run, and well planned imo. But, as always you get the odd few fuckwits who are too scared to organise their own raid moaning at the ones who do.
As other have said before, run your own raid if you want. As for the rog drops...who the fuck goes on a ML just for the drops ??. They can rot on the floor as far as i am concerned. I was happy that the ML went so well, as were about 99% of the others. I was on it purely for the ML2 ding at the end of it. Just the odd few who spoil it with their whines. Wish i had a screenie of a few people at arbiters who were accusing Thinky of logging with all the random drops and calling him/her a scammer.

maybe in future, if you join a raid, you would read the rules, understand and appreciate whos leading the raid, maybe find out abit more about Eggys style of leading....... it sounds like you wanted to go on a raid, that will do everything slowly, and appreciate the ML for the first time.... as you can understand TOA is yesterday news, so ML eggy style, is quick, efficient, and can be over in a blink.... everyone does it differently, Rod has lead many a ml1-10, and 95% are happy, with a small % unhappy, or just unhappy with outcome...

you are 100% right in what your saying in the previous post, however this wasnt the objective in the raid.... 6 months ago, maybe, but this is for NF toons and alts.... quickest,easiest,painless raids... as that is what the general population want !

This is the second series of ML raids I have run. I never put limits on the amount of people because I want as many as possible to benefit from my organisation.

My main chars' templates are all complete having spent no doubt around the 400plat mark on them...why would I steal 2gold rog drops?

If I wanted to "scam" I would log with all the drops from ML9 and ML10, not after saying goodbye in a ML2 BG and logging with a few bits of 97% plate.

People will trust what they see and know. If they don't know him well..they will suspect. Until such proof is brought forward to help him. And, to have you saying that they can PM you for a chat..sounds like heavy handed persuading to stop it.. ie,,bullying. And...your very own comment just enforces bad views. Eh...how is that the opposite??...i was not on Daffts raid. I WAS on this one.that is about the only opposite there. All i said was a really good run raid, that i was happy with it and for the whiners to do it themselves if they didnt like it.

what you dragged up there was something to do with very nice scout leggings from what the thread was about. Not rog low qual stuff. Before you check through my old posts, find out a few things
A) what the thread is about
B) what other things i have posted in the thread
C) ...read what the fuck i write first before you try to look smart.

To the whingers and moaners, gratz. Eggy runs raids so people get the ML, it is not run as a crap rog farming session. The fact that his raids are well attended is a credit to his leadership and no nonsense approach to getting the ML's done. He has always lottoed fairly and all worthwile drops are distributed, the other stuff is destroyed.

To the person asking why we asked for loot to be picked up.....it just shows that you are either thick, or were afk for a big chunk of 2.3. The loot was picked for 3 important items.

I am glad that people are supporting Eggy on this matter. I have known him since DaOC was first releases and he is the most honest and helpful guy out there. The fact that some here are trying to dis him just makes it all the worse.

On a final note. The 2 main whingers are showing a high level of maturity by bringing this sort of crap to a public forum. If you really, really want some 97% qual rog shit go farm the Barrows.

Even though I didn't get credit for a step I appreciate the effort eggy made in running the raid, it takes alot of time and effort, keep up the good work

As for the lotto... imo the whole point of eggys "no nonsense" raids is to get the ML done for the majority of the people there, lotto is an extra if he can be bothered to do it.

If I were eggy now I'd change my raid rules to include the following;

ALL, and I repeat ALL drops are preclaimed, even the SHIT rog ones that I'd personally not use on a BG0 alt. If I decide to lotto them lucky you, if I decide to /destroy them its up to me, if you don't like it don't attend! :kissit:

If the one you are talking about is the ML where the leggings dropped...NO, i was not on the raid.That was a ML raid run by Dafft..and i am sure anyone else who was on that can confirm that none of my chars (Heath and Zenaku) were on that raid. Not even sure what ML it was now. So, if it was that...get your facts right. I am ML5 on my armsman and ML2 (from last night) on my Necro.
