Pre Req is the solo step. There is no time to do it on the raid.

Lotto - I only lotto stuff from the 2.10 mob, everything else goes in
group split.

You can join for 2.10 at the end of the raid, because you can port straight to Runi now (some Djinn in the water near harpy drop off I think). Join my BG and you will get an idea when we moving to Runi. You also get credit outside of Runis room now and she takes about 15 mins to go down.

You can do the solo step 2.8 at any time you want.
