ML2 BG steps not really BG steps

ML2 raid with 126 people in bg.
We go in kill chieftain shaman. result i dont get encounter.
Oki we kill the 2nd chieftain shaman ==> result i dont get encounter

oki lets kill 2.6 ==> result i dont get encounter

i do /bg leave /bg join woehoe i get all following encounters.
Now other guy's dont get encounter for certain steps.

Thx mythic and goa for a nice ML2 raid i couldnt finish ((((
It's hard alrdy to keep up with all the presteps but now i prolly wont be able to join the ml7 presteps because i wont be ml3 in time

im sorry about that matey i really didnt know that mls have a cap on the amount of people that can get a bg step. Aparantly its going to get fixed in later patches.

IM just praying ml3 doesnt have the same problem
