Ml10 raid when ?

Juist curious if anyone is gonna make a ml10 raid any time soon

Any one know if the portal is permanent? I mean change location but allways on somewhere? If yes maybe organise the raid is possible, when ppl ready to go we split and check all VoS locations of the portal.

the portal moves every 8 hour from place, those locs of vos are not all the locs where he can be found.

and u can only SEE him during night and HEAR it during day but then u have to stand almost in it to hear it (u wont get ported when u only hear it)
