I remember Roqu trading a som artifact for ml10 bard leggins, dunno what Jinx traded for his ml10 druid legs but not to much I think. Then again alot of people farm ml10 on ava.

Effect 5: 2 Spell Range Bonus
Effect 6: 7 Dexterity Cap Increase

Remember that the 2% range goes over the normal 10% cap since it's directed towards a special target.
