Got reinf vest, a ml10 weapon but I'm missing leggins, can I summon the cloak with leather leggins or all the set must be reinforced?

u must keep the leggings on anyways after or the cloak will disappear i think? only item u can remove is the vest, or was it the other way that u only gotta keep the vest on? i dunno

You dont have to keep weapon equiped, that much is certain
Time was you could summon cloak with a full inventory whilst standing beside your vault and it would appear on floor, pop ML10 items off and into vault and wear cloak, thats been fixed.


You can summon the cloak with the leather leggings, if it stays after you remove the leather leggings is a different matter.
