What ML do you need to be to be able to start other MLs?

Example:
You need to have ML3 done to be able to access ML7 dungeon.
You need to have ML8 done to be able to access to ML9 dungeon.

I've also heard something about needing ML1 to be able to start ML3.

That's all mate. Though i suppose you need Ml9 to be able to go to Ml10.

1 -> 5
3 -> 7
8 -> 9
9 ->10

2 and 3 are in Free-for-All dungeons. 1,4,6,8 are in open field.
