ML exp ?

I have ML2. My ml exp indicator reads 100%. I have all steps of ML 3 [done]

The dude in the Hall's tells me i need more exp.. is it bugged ?

you can be at 100% and not have enough ML exp to advance, its a graphical error (should not be 100% there).

Look at your Master window. the last step should say [done] . If not go get some more ML exp.
