First a thank you to the BG leaders for pressing on despite of horrible conditions. Besides that sundays ML2 hunt was a disaster. Very long lagspikes and lots of LD's made it a most unpleasant journey. Since Lag is supposedly not anything GOA can be held accountable for ( I argue otherwize ), we put upp with it. When we finally had steps 2.4 and 2.10 left we discovered that the 2.4 mob isnt up, it wasnt up when we entered the temple, and didnt spawn during the entire stay. Possibly she was stuck in a wall. That really dissapointed me, since I had spent 4 hours+ on that hunt, and will probably have to rejoin another hunt and spend another 4 hours+ that time. To me that is horrible quality of service.
What I would like is a formal excuse or some compensation for my efforts. I know howeveer that such will not come, since GOAs policy in that matter is very customer unfriendly. I find it unfortunate that the MLs which could have been a wonderful addition to DaoC, due to poor computing skills and poor ISP service on part of the providers, have turned into the most frustrating and boring part of the game.
For those that read all the way down here, I hope that some agree with me that GoA should take the time and review cases where raids have gone foul becuse of poor service quality and compensate the people participating.
