Making a ranger atm and working a template out and just wondered if i had the ML10 vest legs and bow, would I be able to summon the cloak. And would the cloak stay when melee weapons equipped?

You have to have the vest and legs equipped all the time. Previously there was ways to use the cloak without both equipped but that has been fixed. The weapon is just for summoning if i recall correctly.
