Rush

I'd say play it at your own pace, but give breaks every now and then. Make Group Leaders experienced MLers and you won't have a prob.

GL and I'll be there on me Savage.

I'll be there for the beginning if I can, but as it's the day the Six Nations begins I doubt I'll be able to stay until the end. First match kicks off at 1.30pm GMT.

Not sure which alt it will be at the moment ....

The only advice I can give is that if your new at ML runs, i.e. you don't know every step like the back of your hand then getting through all 9 in one day is going to be a struggle.

The best thing I can say to you is getting to ML5 and keeping it fun will result in a better raid than getting to ML9 with everyone bitching whining and half the BG missing bits of credit because you tried to go faster than you could actually handle. If it looks like your falling behind schedule, simply admit you're not going to get all the way and make sure the ones you do get done are done well.

Also it's probably worth stating what the lotto rules (if your lottoing stuff) are going to be well in advance of the raid, then make sure you stick to them.

Good luck with it and hope you all have fun.

OK due to circumstances senl can no longer run this raid - However due to the amount of ppl who have planned for this I will run the raid.

Some things to be aware of.

1. I've never ran ML bg so its highly likely we will not get all nine done.
2. We all like to have a laugh and banter but please try to keep chat in bg to a minimum where possible so i can easily see tells if im about to do something wrong.
3. If your experienced please feel free to advise as we go along.
4. It will definately not be as quick as you are used to so please bear this in mind and show a little patience.

If there are any experienced bg leaders who could spare me some time to answer some questions and pm me in game - tollssummoner-e I would be very grateful.

I'm going to go do some research and post again with name i will run the bg on.

Toll, thank you so much for running this raid. :fluffle: I had to leave at the start of ML9 as I couldn't give it the attention it deserved - I hope we get to do that bit again.

Stonkingly good day, first time for you and I bow down to you. :worthy:
Very patient, and long suffering - I wouldn't like to take on one ML never mind all 9! Much admiration coming your way I should think - must have been a success as we started out with 76 in the BG and still had 72 people 12 hours later, mostly the same guys.

I made a lot of levels and a lot of XP - much appreciated. :drink:

Agree, agree, agree.

A Marathon is supposed to last 26hrs so we came in well before time.
Super raid - a toon from nothing to ML4 with all the rest complete but for the group steps 5-8.

Legend? The guy's a flipping Epic novel : deserves a medal imo...

Thank yourselfs guys a BG is only as good as it listens and on the whole the listening was exceptional.

Special thanks to Thorspet and Larme without who's help this would have fallen flat on its face ML7 and ML9 i'd never been to before so advice there was immperative - To all the others who gave advice instead of lets move it your in wrong spot thanks as well.

As for the loot well there was a bg loot bug wierd but go figure ?

The bg didn't wipe although i took us close a couple of times :)

On the whole the day was a success and moaners were clamped pretty quick by the rest of bg :)

So based on the success I will in 4 or 5 weeks run another one - U've all seen my style now im not intrested in running through em at 100mph I wait for ld's and training so expect another 18hr run when I do.

So all go get your next toons there ML pre steps u have 4 or 5 weeks and keep eyes open I may, just may in that time run a few grp steps and maybe a couple artifact runs.

All in all thanks a lot all who attend cudn't have done it without you.

CYA on next one hopefully.
